QS Consulting is a division of QS Quacquarelli Symonds Ltd. We take a consultative approach to providing advice on performance improvement to the Higher Education sector. We mix internal and external consultants, with a view to becoming established industry specialists in several key areas. In addition to sector-specific factors such as academics, students and alumni, we aim to provide relevant advice on marketing, strategy, culture, operations, management, and change.

Although we tap into the extensive Higher Education industry expertise and experience of QS Quacquarelli Symonds Ltd, QS Consulting is a stand-alone management and performance consulting firm with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of our prospective clients. The firm was established in 2009 to provide a full range of consulting services to the Higher Education sector, and is already engaged in several projects covering various aspects of strategy, change management and institutional performance.
